ATTRACT HAPPINESS TODAY

My horoscope today told me that happiness and sadness is created from within and I can choose which to feel.

(if you can understand how you make your own happiness and sadness from within, you can open the door for some major transformations to occur. )

I am ready for the transformation and I am attracting happiness today.

Using the "law of attraction"

Conscious CreationThe First Moments Of The Day
The moment during the day when we very first open our eyes and come into consciousness is a precious opportunity. It sets the tone for all that comes after it, like the opening scene in a film or novel. At this moment, our ability to create the day is at its most powerful, and we can offer ourselves fully to the creative process by filling this moment with whatever inspires us most. It may be that we want to be more generous, or it may be that we want to be more open to beauty in our daily lives. Whatever the case, if we bring this vision into our minds at this very fertile moment, we empower it to be the guiding principle of our day. Sometimes we wake up with a mood already seemingly in place, and it’s important to give this feeling its due. It can inform us and deepen our awareness to what’s going on inside us, as well as around us. As long as we are conscious, we can honor this feeling and also introduce our new affirmation or vision, our conscious offering to the day. We may want to decide before we go to sleep what we want to bring to the next day of our lives. It could be that we simply want to be more open to whatever comes our way. Or we may want to summon a particular quality such as confidence. Then again, we may simply call up a feeling that perfectly captures the texture we want our day to have. We can reaffirm our vision or affirmation as we shower and eat breakfast, as well as recalling it at various times throughout the day. We can write it down and carry it with us on a little slip of paper if this helps. Simply by being aware of those first moments, we set the stage for a more conscious, enlivened experience, and we become active participants in the creation of our lives.

I will only think happy thoughts and imagin myself living a happy life and belive that I am happy and happy things are to come.

If I say I am Happy- then I am.

I woke up on the right side of the bed today.

TODAYS LESSON.. FEAR ALMOST ALWAYS COMES ALONGSIDE ANYTHING WORTH DOING IN LIFE

THEN YOU ARE GROWING AND LEARINING..

Trying anything new can be scary... but ususally we learn from the experience and then next time it is not so scary... the next few times we start to master the task...

I once heard in a seminar that in any new situation, if you are growing and learning..there will be "growing pains"

Like stretching your muscles.... it hurts a little bit... but it's a good hurt... and then the stretch lengthens and strengthens them. and so on..

Visualize what it is that you want to learn or try to do... picture yourself doing it.. and jump in. The first time is never perfect in any situation which is why they say "practice makes perfect"

The secrete to the secrete is to visualize it, believe it, do it, be it.
TODAYS LESSON
Honoring Life ChangesThe Wisdom of Fear
Anything worth doing will always have some fear attached to it. For example, having a baby, getting married, changing careers—all of these life changes can bring up deep fears. It helps to remember that this type of fear is good. It is your way of questioning whether you really want the new life these changes will bring. It is also a potent reminder that releasing and grieving the past is a necessary part of moving into the new. Fear has a way of throwing us off balance, making us feel uncertain and insecure, but it is not meant to discourage us. Its purpose is to notify us that we are at the edge of our comfort zone, poised in between the old life and a new one. Whenever we face our fear, we overcome an inner obstacle and move into new and life-enhancing territory, both inside and out. The more we learn to respect and even welcome fear, the more we will be able to hear its wisdom, wisdom that will let us know that the time has come to move forward, or not. While comfort with fear is a contradiction in terms, we can learn to honor our fear, recognizing its arrival, listening to its intelligence, and respecting it as a harbinger of transformation. Indeed, it informs us that the change we are contemplating is significant, enabling us to approach it with the proper reverence. You might wish to converse with your fear, plumbing its depths for a greater understanding of the change you are making. You could do this by sitting quietly in meditation and listening or by journaling. Writing down whatever comes up—your worries, your sadness, your excitement, your hopes—is a great way to learn about yourself through the vehicle of fear and to remember that fear almost always comes alongside anything worth doing in your life.

POINT YOUR ENERGY IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION

The law of attraction always insists what you think, and the energy you put out...determines what is attracted to you. It's like being a magnet, only you get to decide what is magnatgized to you ....

TODAYS LESSON
Undistracted EnergyPure Thoughts
If we make no effort at all, our thoughts usually scatter in a vast array of directions. They start and stop and move in surprising ways from one second to the next. If we try to follow our thoughts without controlling them, we will be amazed at how truly inconsistent they are. Yet, if we apply our minds to a specific task, especially one that interests us, they gather together and allow us to focus our attention, creating great power and energy. This is what is known as pure thought, because it is undistracted. The law of attraction—like attracts like—influences all energy, including our thoughts, and this is what makes pure thought so potent. Our undistracted thoughts create a powerful magnet that draws similar energy into our vibrational field. As a result, the longer we are able to hold positive thoughts in our minds, the more powerful the positive energy around us becomes. We don’t need to focus on action and controlling so much when we are surrounded by energy that draws what we want toward us. We can simply respond to the opportunities that naturally come our way. When this is the essence of our experience, we can go with the flow, knowing that we will be okay. If pure thought is a body, it is our emotions that supply the heart that can really bring it to life. Our thoughts and feelings exist in relation to one another, and they form a feedback loop through which they communicate and empower each other. When we hold a thought in our mind without being distracted, we have achieved pure thought. When we have a positive emotional response to that thought, we enable it to dance and move and breathe itself into existence.

PERCEPTION IS REALITY. THE SECRETE TO OWNING YOUR ACTIONS

This is sort of a pet peeve of mine.

For the past year or so, I have really tried to look at all situations from every angle, even when I Don't want to.. and try to be the bigger person.

If something wasnt working out for me, instead of being mad at or blaming other people, I ask myself, "What Can I Do Different, or Work On or Do Better? How Am I Being Perceived in This Situation?"

( a very wise woman once told me "perception is reality")

So today's daily om lesson sort of hits the spot with me on a few different levels ..

I've also become a firm believer in owning up to my actions and voice.

If you say or do something you shouldn't have, and even did it unintentionally... just own up to it.

The chances are the other people involved know you did it or said it..and denying it makes you look weak and you lose credibility.. . This can be difficult. It has happened to me on several occasions.

I once told a friend. " if you dont want anyone to know something... then don't tell it to 'her' , she will tell everyone"

And what did he do? He told her I said it. Then she came up to me and asked me if I said it .

And I said "Yes I Did." and of course she said why would i say that about her I don't know here, blah blah blah. I said " Based on a certain situations i had witnessed or heard about- that was the impression I got."

Then she went on to tell me I was wrong etc, so I said, "Ok I'm Sorry, I didnt have all the facts. Sorry. " Which I wasn't really sorry but of course I am not about to pick a fight with a 20 year old at work.

She never talked to me ever again after that. ( which I didn't mind at all - because I couldnt stand her anyway) but I actually felt better about myself just being honest and saying Yes I Said That.. and I k now it threw her off... I felt a like admitting up to it made me appear braver... or something like that.

Anyway we know the old saying "your words become your actions, your actions determine your integrity etc." .. so after that and a few other hard embarrassing lessons, I learned to just keep my mouth shut all together, and I learned no one REALLY wants your opinion, even if they ask, they usually just want validation or justification of what they are going thru or doing.

If you want to be a better person, and have people perceive you that way, then visualize yourself as the person you want to be.

Start beign that person. Tell Yourself "I AM A GOOD PERSON" vs " i want to be a good person"

Visualize the things you will do to start being a beter person and doing things that you find respectful.

Walk your wak and talk your talk.

Part of the secrete to this is visualizing it, and seeing it happen, and beliving it will happen. ... not " I want it to happen" but " it is happening" . Put it on your vision board.

This can only bring you good karma

that's my rant for the day.

TODAYS LESSON . OWN YOUR ACTIONS

Owning Your TendenciesUnderstanding All Sides
Whenever we examine our lives, we examine them from a particular side or angle. Most of us tend to favor one side over the others. For example, we may tend to look at things from an emotional perspective rather than a financial perspective, or we may prefer to think in terms of details rather than the big picture, or vice versa. To a certain degree, this is not a problem, and these tendencies add color to our individual personalities. However, they can also make us one-sided, blind to the many other ways of looking at our situation. Even if we have decided that we are most happy when we focus on one particular side of things, it is always worth exploring the other sides. When we do, we become well rounded, more understanding of other viewpoints, and even more solid in our own. Perhaps you are a person who tends to see your life in terms of your spiritual well-being. As a result, other concerns such as financial comfort or social standing may not be prominent in your mind as you make decisions. However, taking just a moment to consider those angles will help you in several ways. One, it will enable you to see more clearly what your priorities are and how they influence your life situation. Two, it will enhance your sense of confidence, because you will see your situation from all sides, even as you choose one. And three, it will help you communicate with others about who you are and what you are doing, because you will come from a place of understanding that your own biases and tendencies are unique as are theirs. Most of us instinctively come at things from a particular angle, and in many cases this is the right way for us. Still, understanding the other angles only strengthens us. When we look at our lives from all sides, we shed light on the big picture, giving ourselves access to many points of view and highlighting more clearly the one we have chosen to take.
