This artist was another one of my favorites.
Jim Morreau has had an affinity for art his whole life. He grew up in Charleston, SC, where he received private art instruction as a youth. His family later moved to Paducah, Kentucky, where Jim won art awards in high school and sold pop poster art to other students. Jim graduated from University of Louisville law school in 1980 and practiced law in Louisville for 25 years. In 2006, Jim decided to leave the practice of law and pursue a full time art career. His work has been accepted into numerous juried art shows and exhibitions in Kentucky, Michigan, Cincinnati and Chicago, where his paintings have sold well.
